While we practice physical distancing, we practice to get closer socially!
What we call ‘Social Yoga’ is a weekly meeting where we come together to practice Yoga and Meditation as tools to explore different topics such as Connection, Trust or Emotions where we sometimes chat, exchange and giggle. And afterwards we sit together and eat, play and chat. Your weekly hangout!
If you want to join us, there is a Cooking Class from 7pm until 7.45pm led by Shay and then we’ll practice Yoga and Meditation until around 9pm so that we can hang out afterwards to enjoy our dinner together virtually!
